Ya, just wondering...I see Joe has it closed. I have milled some Deodar and never saw any with purplish wood or heartwood with white patches in it like the Juniper group. I had a few cones I collected to bring home to the kids on one of my treks, and the "wonderful" things had fell apart before I made it home.
