This 3 axis machine is in the process of being set up in the wood shop where I teach. Look forward to learning how to use it.

What do you normally teach? This CNC machine will revolutionize the shop. Please provide updates on the learning curve as you gain proficiency with it. Chuck

Teach at the Wolfeboro Makers Mill in a fully equipped woodworking shop with three lathes. Current course is “Wooden Bowl Turning Basics”, an introductory 101 class with an emphasis on safety and the fundamentals of lathe operations.

About 1/3rd the size of the one my guitar coach uses to cut out electric guitar bodies and necks. He also used it to route the inlay for the flying fish inlay on my guitars - really versatile machine once you know how to set it up and upload designs and modify them to fit the project. But like anything computer driven - the smallest error in the program can screw it all up.

Nice machine. My ShopSabre hasn't given me any issues.

The machine is simple, really. Goes left, right, up and down. With a 4th axis attachment, it turns stock too. It will do ANYTHING you tell it to do! Learning HOW to tell it to do the RIGHT stuff is the magic.

I’d like to see more pictures of that table in action and how it secures the workpiece, sweet piece of gear.

Seen some cool work made on it but I haven’t got signed off to use it yet.
