Good find. With so much "engineered" wood around, I've ceased looking for wood in wood flooring. Except when I can find some scraps from an installation. They cut the knots away, and I can usually find some interesting figure around them in oak and the occasional maple - pretty much all the solid wood floor that we can find around here. Our creative reuse place gets some in regularly. Years ago, found some demo'ed walnut flooring that I was able to keep a few pieces. Oh, did find some teak parquet one time, but too thin to do much with.
