Double sided pot call

Question for you guys. How do you make your double sided turkey calls? Like the ones with a bigger hole in your pedestal. How do you hold it on your lathe?

I use a 4jaw chuck. The only drawback is the chuck marks on the inside surface of the large hole.

Thanks Dan! This has stumped me for a week! I think I am overthinking the process.

If you can find an old bicycle innertube, cut a cross section of it and stretch around the jaws on the chuck. It gives cushion so you don't mar the call and will still hold
