I remember earlier this year 2 different guys said they would be on Merritt Island and would like my live edge cut offs. It is now almost Christmas so Merry Christmas to cousin @rocky1 . I asked him to pay shipping and if this collection really makes him grin to make me something. Included is a small Seaside Hibiscus cap, Highly figured Zircote, Spalted Mahogany, Buttonwood and of course Jamaican Dogwood.

Don't have the pressure pot fully rigged yet... Otherwise been doing the Silmar casting of Pen Blanks Honey Comb and Busy Bee pens.

It's coming very soon, don't worry Gilligan! Got another MFRB of ROB live edge cutoffs waiting patiently to be cast too

Mess with me, you might get to see one this afternoon!! :punish:

Jeez, I was asking an honest question and you get your panties in a bunch. I just could not remember one but assumed you would turn out quality work so asked to see the link. When Les reminded me of the bee hive I remembered those and just below that you berate me and emoji punch me... You should be ashamed of yourself for being so quick to react in a confrontational way. Its not like I make fun of you at every turn and in most posts...

:ponder:

Nice Bee pens Rocky...
:sofa:

Package has arrived Les! Not sure when it arrived, but it was at the office just now when I stopped down! Good looking stuff, should be some interesting castings there! Gonna be fun!!

There was a piece of J Dogwood that has a big knot hole through the entire middle. I thought it would be really cool but now I wonder if the wood will all turn away.

There was one long piece that was sort of hooked on both ends... I'm thinking that one is probably going to get laid out for bottle stopper blanks. Set it on edge, center of the blank, with the bottom elevated so it doesn't all turn away. Several sweet pieces in there, it's gonna be a fun box!

Some of the thinner pieces you might use more than one piece per blank too, I'm thinking of the spalted Mahogany. It was way too pretty to throw away.
