I have begun creating resin-infused wood jewelry and I am looking for very visually interesting wood to use. I am thinking the best kind would be live-edge, but I don't need a table sized piece. Here is an example of the kind of jewelry I will be creating (this is just an example and not my work):

Do any of you sell small pieces like this or know where I can find wood like this?

Thanks!

I don't want to fess up and tell ya what I do with pieces that small :sorry::blush-33: $15 for a small flat rate full.

I am going to sound like the complete newbie I am, but is that price per item? Or a box of wood scraps? And what kind of wood would I be getting? Sorry for the questions, I just want to be sure and I want to be able to label the jewelry as to what wood is used because customers are going to ask. But even if it is mixed wood that's okay too, I don't have to know what everything is.

Thanks to everyone for offering. I am most likely going to purchase the rest from all of you but I'm going to have to wait until next paycheck which is in 2 weeks. Hopefully you will still have some scraps to sell to me then.

Ha ha, I think you came to the right place, I think about everyone here has small stuff they can't bear to throw away, but don't have a use for, looks like you're set for now, but I have a lot of Desert Ironwood and Olive scraps....

I will definitely keep the posts because if this takes off and sells well I will always need more wood supplies. The best thing anyone can do is to post pictures of the wood they are offering so I can see if it will fit my needs.

Thanks again!
