This is a collection of premium wood for turning pens or other small diameter wood crafts. There are 20 pieces in this collection including 5 curly pear, 4 zebrawood and 11 koa. Most of the koa pieces have a very nice curly figure. Each piece is 5.1 inches long and 0.75 square.
These were cut from left over pieces from a local shop in Pennsylvania that makes bodies for guitars.
There are four photos showing the wood with a quick rub of beeswax finish. This lets you see the beautiful colors and figure once you finish it. The first photo shows all the pieces. The second attempts to capture the figure in the wood which is hard to do with a lightbox. The others show the pear and koa before I cut it into pen blanks.
