Does anybody have any Texas Mesquite live edge or burl pieces that are cut about 1/2" thick (depth)? I would like to use it for resin casting with around 2"x2" width and length. I can cut them into 2 inch sizes, but I don't have a planer or and really good method to cut them that thin yet. I do plan on purchasing a table saw soon.

I am planning on selling "Texas" woods so if there are any interesting or sought-after Texas woods I would be interested in that as well.

I suppose one flat rate box. I'm looking for slices no thicker than 3/4" and not less than 1/2" but if it is thicker that is okay, I might be buying a table saw in a week or 2. I will be cutting them into 2"x1" pieces. And I guess, depending on cost and what I can afford right now I will know how many boxes or a bigger box if I can.

Oh, you know what.. I am in Pipe Creek. I could go to you to save shipping cost and headache.

If I remember right you don't live that far from me, we might could save the shipping costs. I'll post some pictures tonight and we can go from there. Tony

I was wondering if you were going to jump in Wendell. Talk to him, see if you can take care of him locally. If not, get back to me, I've got plenty of mesquite thins. Tony
 
That's a load! I might have to talk you out of some bowl blanks myself. Tony
 
I'm really not in the selling business but will gladly do some trading ... I have several ways to cut what ever your looking for

I will be at Market Days in Kerrville this Saturday and Sunday but I should be home by the evening on both days. Most likely after 6 on Saturday and after 7 Sunday evenings.
 
Would like to drive over to market days but have been on road way to much this month ... 3 times to San Angelo ...
