I have a component I'd like to have injection molded. I've checked into it over the past few years and have gotten bids on the mold of between $20K & as low as $2000. Per pound prices don't fluctuate as much. I don't need 10,000 units unfortunately, but something closer to 1000 to 2000 units. the design is fairly simple but not a solid square either.
