Email Help Info

I have stopped receiving email notifications to subscribed threads. It started probably a couple of days ago. :scratch_one-s_head:

I have checked my cp settings and all seems good (hadn't touched them anyway)

I like this cause it skips straight to the first unread post and does not when navigating any other way.

Edit: Also it does not automatically select send me notifications when I start a new thread, I have to click the correct button on each thread

Another glitch that I have noticed is that 'my threads' show up in bold in the list of other threads and also the list of my threads.

Also some threads show up in the list in plain text (not bold).

The fish tank thing is hilarious Cody.

Hey the bold just means those threads have had a new post since you last read it. Mine has always been like that. If you will click the thread open then when you click "Today's Posts" again that will no longer be bold.

ok this is getting problematic, it seems that some (subscribed) threads aren't even showing up in my user cp when new posts are made. :scratch_one-s_head:

E-mail notifications

Today is the first day I received e-mail "new reply" notifications from Wood Barter. It hasn't been a big deal in the past because I usually am on most everyday but this will be a nice reminder.

"missing email notifications" is back again

Kevin, I just noticed that I'm not getting any email notifications. Started a thread yesterday and wondered why no replies, so checked it today and 4 replies, but no email notifications.

I got one a day or two ago, so this is a new problem, looks like.

Uh ... never mind? I seem to be getting them again.

hello, i can not send email's. I have been signed up for well over the 5 waiting days, please help. it is also possible that I am just a moron and can't figure it out.

Moron- no- Problem is simple- one of the safeguards is you have to have 5 posts and you only have 3. So come back and post thanks and then post again. and you should be able to use PM system, M

Not 100% sure what the requirements are now but I believe you have not met the minimum post count, just make a few more meaningful posts and your option to send PM's should show up.

Interesting. I have not recieved any notifications in months. At first I thought noone was posting anything, I even checked my settings. Reset them. Them checked em again. As well as looking in my email spam folder and the trash. Nothing.

Any suggestions?

I haven't had anyone say they aren't getting them, but that doesn't help you does it. I looked at your settings and they're set correctly as you say.

Have you doubled checked to make sure your email isn't a letter off, or that your spam folder isn't grabbing them?
