**ENDED**2" walnut curly-a flame and ?

Hi Mike,
I think im interested in #2. I would like to make a large platter with this piece, so knots are not preferred.:negative:
These new photos are the backside to the previous photos you had up, right?
If not could you include the front side?
Thanks so much for your help and patience.
Tom

I'll take 1 and 3, Mike... I don't mind a knot or bark inclusions, as I think they add a bit of character. Thanks for offering this!

Tom, no this is the bad side-the same as first picture. I cut them today- no I did not cry :cray::cray:. I am chaseing grandson and 2 1/2 grandaughter this evening but I will take oicture of other side in the morning and post. I always try to picture bad side first- I know I do not like surprises. If everyone is happy I will try to get shipping amounts and ship on monday. Sorry also if I am not the best at this , I actually have a real job- hold it I don't I am retired............ :yipee::yipee::lol::lol::yipee::yipee:

Dont worry about another photo Mike. I can see from your original pictures what it looks like.
Thanks for parting with such a fine piece of art, its never easy to let them go!:cray: I promise to treat it properly.:sarcastic:
Pm me with the details and I will send payment. Thanks again and have fun with those grandbabies!:good:

In accordance with the rules. Piece-1-2-3 are sold- 4&5 remain- 5has the most flaws-it also has the most crazy grain. Thanks Dave and Tom-been a joy to work with and I hope to see great turned pieces out of the blanks..........

I got my walnut today after Mike and I had a little adventure with Fed Ex… They delivered the package to the building across the street from my office! All's well that ends well… It's pretty stuff! Thanks, Mike!

Tom, looks like you made great use of it. You can tell I am not a turner-I did not see all those pieces coming out of blank. looking forward to seeing platter. :yipee::yipee::yipee:

I am new to turning myself, and still trying to wrap my head around what I can use the cutoffs for!:scratch_one-s_head:
I have to order the offboard turning arm so I can turn this beast!
Untill then I can only drool over it.Na na na na naah nah.
