My bad....I should have realized that they are kinda round. Since that's the case it would need to be at least 5" round plus the aluminite...grips are 5" long by 1-1/5" wide each. If you don't have it......then cactus length wise will work. They still look great that way too.....

Everything shown is in 7/8" square x5 1/4" pen blanks except the last picture, those are 1 1/2" square x 6 1/2" Turkey Trumpet call blanks.
There is not much out there that Chris won't try to cast! If he can hold it down long enough until it stops kickin he'll cast it!!

I know you said you wanted it as a pot call blank for the grips but I dont think that will get you the look you think it will. On the bangle you saw the side grain like the pen blanks and trumpet calls. If you make the grips w/ the puck it will look like the top of the puck w/ the hole in the center not w/ the "webbing" like the bangle. If that is what you are looking for that is cool and I can do that but I want to make sure before making a special mold just for that.

Yes...i was going for a book matched set for the large cacti and the normal one i was going to make a pot call. The trumpet size is a perfect size to get 2 sets out of. So....final answer..lol

Don't forget the Diamondback Rattlesnakes I have to fight for the cactus!!! They always lose though and end up in the freezer and then I tan them, they make fantastic boots and pen blanks and you might even figure a way to make Bangles from them!
