If green works, I can mill you a board at 1.825 and get 3 layers in a lfrb. I dont have 2x milled yet, will have to put you on the warm day list with bean counter. I owe him a couple bowl blanks first but no prob.
I have a 10 to 12 inch x 36ish log laying here at home waiting on me to put it through. If it needs to be dry, I either need time to kiln it or will have to pass.

Here are 4 fresh sawn bradford spindles. Note 1st one has a knot in it. Is this what you are looking for? I have more and larger logs I can saw up. Just thought I would verify before making toothpicks if it dont work for you. Last picture is the next slice from this log so you can see the before...

Sorry for the piece meal postings. Just realized price wasnt on here. How about 5 each plus shipping. If you want a bunch we may go to negotiations on a board foot basis. Starting at say, 7 a board foot prepped like this. Remember all green, will seal ends and try to eliminate any that have cracks I can see.

Being 2x2x12,18 should fit in a large flat rate box.Total would be 6 board feet.

Large flat rate box and board foot price sounds good.Let me know when you need me to send payment and address

Ok. Will send you a picture when the box is full. We may have a rain out this week end. I work out of a carport not a shop yet so I am a bit limited on working conditions. Will try to put this together asap and get back to you.

Will be trying to finish your cuts friday. Should be off work friday and so far they are predicting good weather. I have some pear planked up and rough planed. I checked it this evening and the checks have started to show so I should be able to cut a bit better grade of blank by knowing where the cracks are most likely to run.

Finished cutting (again) last evening. Last weeks cut job had a couple that decided to surprise me. Cracked with sealer. Recut and used a thicker grade of sealer. Suspect the junk paint the first time just wasnt thick enough used a better grade of junk paint... Will try to grab a box this evening and get the pics. Then we can exchange pm
