I am looking for some figured California Redwood turning blanks.

Customer has requested a pair of wood stemmed champagne flutes in California Redwood.

I'm looking for one or two pieces 3" x 3" x 12"

I have a piece of redwood slab but I am not sure if it came from Cali. It is most defiantly redwood though. I can check tonight to see if it is 3" thick. I think if it is not it will be very close.

I got a chance to check the slab I have and it is plenty thick and I can get one 12" blank out of it for sure maybe two. I am packing up after work to head out of town for a few days so the earliest I could cut anything would be Sunday evening at best. If Mike can take care of you I will step out.

Have not found anything close to 3"- I will look again tomorrow. Either have 2.75 or thinner or 5" @woodintyuuu had some killer redwood burl.
