Anybody need any casting stuff?

There's a little of everything in here and it's only one box I've been through. Walnut, cherry, buckeye, redwood, honduran rosewood, box elder (all burls)to name some and everything from pen blanks to call blanks.

If you want it Just speak up and all I ask is you give something back in return once casted if you feel it was worth it. If not no big deal it's yours.

Actually I just checked and I need boxes so it'll be my second trip to the PO. Lol

Either way it'll be out in a week or so.

I have been experimenting with some smaller castings as to how I am going to form your blanks for casting. I found that they are just a little to big to fit in my tank if I build a cutting board mold like I normally do so I have to form them with something thinner. I am planning to do the first of three separate pours on the buckeye tomorrow night.
 
@gman2431 Cody, Here is the walnut blank all cleaned up. I have two more pours left to finish up the buckeye blank but it is looking really nice. I will hopefully have it finished up Thursday or Friday.

i dont cast, but would be interested in some pices for slimline pens. i make a lot of these pens and want to start using woods other than normal straight grain. i also have some spalted cross cut hackberry blanks that i am using wood hardner on to stabilize with. hope to tun some next week. i have doc appointments this week.

Once I get Cody taken care of I am going to try to get some pen blanks done up since I haven't had any in stock for quite some time now. I will tag you when I get some ready.
