***ENDED*** Dogwood natural burly edge bowl blanks

These have been air drying in my shop for several years, I cut away a third "uglier" piece to turn that I'll post when done, I'm looking forward to it. Some bug trails on one end of "B", and a wide check on "A" that should turn away, shown on second to last pic, both have some gorgeous spalt lines and burly edges and are very solid. About 8" wide, 9" tall and 4" to 4-1/2" thick. $23 each plus shipping.

I kept the ugliest piece from the section and mounted a waste block and turned away enough to reduce some bugginess. Added some inlace in end with checking and turned to optimize burly lumps as part of edge. More turning done after these pics. Should be done tomorrow.

here’s the other half of the log, with one holey that’s about 9” long. I’ll cut more 9” sections similar to A and B if anyone else wants from this 1/2 log
