Hello all..
Just got some knife addict now.
i want to making kerambit and small chopper.
And some kitchen knife..
I have been made the kitchen knife with sk5 steel.
So i need special steel thats not available in here for my kerambit and choper.

I offer about 10-15 knife scale or block.depends on weight limits 2 kilos l,i hope i can send you more if any room left..

Arya, I have some ATS34, how thick, wide and long do you need it? Also have a little O1 for forging.

I found a piece of A2 but it is only 32 mm wide and a piece of D2 that is 5mm thick x 38mm wide. Also have some CPM 3V , CPM 154 CM , and CT XHP. I can order W2 but do not have any.

Agreed. W1 or W2, you win either way. Old files are the key. These new ones tend to be skrface hardened. Subject a piece to HT testing prior working it.

Arya,those will be fine. The only W2 I could get is 1 1/2"w x 1/4". If you are going to forge, It will make a good size blade or two ( 6 mm x 38 mm x all most 23 cm}will take up some weight. I can send you this piece and the rest of weight in 4mm x 38 mm ATS 34 or any way you would like to make up the 4 pounds.

do you need any Jasper for bolster or inlay rob?

Yes, I am pretty sure I have those but will have to check my stock tomorrow. What type jasper do you have, most of the time I use the reconstituted stone because it is easier to work with?
 
Thanks but it looks like the jasper might be more than I want to deal with. I do have all the steel you requested and will Start with cutting a 9 inch long piece of W2 then cut the other steel in 9 inch long pieces until I reach the 4 pound limit. PM me your shipping information, address and any thing else I need to know. What should I call it that won't cause a problem with customs, steel samples, gift or something else?
