I sometimes get a box of wood that I either didn't know was coming, or forgot I made a trade and it showed up to remind me, but this one is a stumper. It doesn't have anything inside to clue me in. No note with a username i.e.e

"Here's your wood Kev, regards Billy Joe aka TreeWizard!".

The name doesn't match anyone I recognize, and there's nothing to indicate the species or what was expected in return. So all I can do is ask everyone - did you send this box of wood to me?

They are all extremely dense tropical hardwoods although I cannot identify a single one for sure. If you sent this please sound off and tell me what I am supposed to have sent in return.

Wasn't me, but I'm willing to step up and take credit for it! No need to send anything to me in return. I'll happily rescind my offer if the real sender steps forward, but until then, you're welcome!:drinks:

Just kidding, but the question was for Lonestar since he claims the wood belongs to him. It is similar to finding a wad of bills and you have to ask the supposed owner the denomination of the bills.:davidguil:

I'm fixing to post pics of the big one in the I.D. section. I ripped two 4/4 slabs off it. Here's a peek . . .

 I just figured out where these came from.

This trade had nothing to do with a WB member. :dash2:

I've sent an email asking the species, but I'm going to post them in the ID section anyway to see who can guess them.
