I'm seeking out large, possibly whole-log White, Red, or Brown Oak spindle turning blanks...10- 12" in diameter and approx 25-36" tall... Moisture Content in the low 30s to high teens preferred... higher MC is OK as well... no checking or cracks.

Aaron, that's a really tall order. I remember wanting similar stock measurements 20 some years ago and was looking at $140 a blank back then. I asked my brother to check with some of his commercial suppliers next week just to see if anyone even carries such anymore. Everything that big used now is typically laminated. When you said
'Brown oak", were you asking for European brown oak or just oak brown in color? If no one here at Wood barter has anything, I'll forward information on a friend in Atlanta that has lots of odd stuff....
