Kelvin, a pic of the pen can be found here, where I have (most of) the pens I have available for sale or trade. Keller got the Chittum Burl Sierra, which is the 4th from the left in the picture of the Sierra-style pens. Technically the kit I used for his pen is the LeRoi v. 2 from Smitty's Pen Works in Gold Titanium and Gunmetal. The LeRoi v. 2's are my favorite Sierra style kit - very high quality with a great finial-twist mechanism and reasonably priced.

I got my pens in the mail today as well. They look fantastic The only bad part is that I lost the fountain pen already. The wife laid her hands on it and claimed it her as soon as she wrote with it. Thanks again for the trade

If it makes you feel any better, I've had a few pens I've made for myself that my wife has laid claim to as soon as I brought them up from the shop, lol. Glad she likes it! If you need another one for you to be able to keep for yourself, I'd be happy to do another trade sometime and get one for you headed your way.

I may need to find a way to tempt you out of that cherry burl Vertex... I'm working this weekend, but I'll see what I can find.

Sounds like a plan - I'll set it aside and consider it yours. No rush for you to put something together. If it makes it easier to find stuff, I can certainly take larger pieces and cut down to size myself as needed.
