**ENDED** Pen blanks for a finished pen.

you get a pedicure? lol..... those will work. send them my way and I will get a pen made for ya
would a flat rate padded envelope work? I can try and fit as much in there as I can. I think I could probably fit 1.5 to 2 clubs in one if I cut them up. What length would you want the handle cut to (those would be pen blank size)?

I can use anything 3 inches and up so its your call as far as lengths. A padded envelope will be fine with me.

This Big Ben cigar twist pen is for @El Guapo . It is a 24k gold finish made with black palm and maple burl. I made the blank in the same manner I would a celtic knot, with the difference being I did not overlap any of the cuts. the 45 degree angles were cut and the soods were alternated accordingly. Hope this meets with your approval. If not, just send me some more wood and Ill try again......

@Wilson's Woodworking - Danny requested a bolt action pen but said the pen for this trade was for his personal use. I opted to make him a Guardian Jr. as previously posted, however, because he shipped a mfrb instead of a sfrb I decided he should get both pens. Danny, this is a chrome finish bolt action with curly Ipe. Enjoy and thanks for the trade.

@kazuma78 and I discussed him sending me some ebony in exchange for a bolt action pen. Josh, I had not made a celtic knot pen until I made the one for final strut which was poste previously. I made one for you but I am not good at them. This one is stabilized buckeye burl with a celtic know made from padauk. If you want it I have it for you.

Just let me know. Thanks.
I love that color combo. It looks really cool! I sent your Ebony out today, sorry it has taken so long. The scroll saw here has been down so I had to cut the sticks up by hand and all I have is a jewelers hand saw and a dremel. Couldnt cut it with the jewelers saw because the blades kept breaking on the ebony, so I drilled a bunch of holes in the wood in a line with my dremel and then cut between what was left. Again, sorry for the delay and thanks for the trade!

I missed the mailman by 5 minutes...... but I finished the pen for @barry richardson . It is a Indian rosewood burl with curly maple accents on a Big Ben cigar. I know it seems like I made the Big Ben style for several trades but they are such a nice pen that it just felt right. I will try to post the pic from my phone. I have to run errands today so all pens will be headed out this afternoon. Thanks again everyone.

@kazuma78 I need your mailing info so I can send your pen out.

Looks awesome, Jamie! Sorry I'm just now responding... I Haven't has access to Internet for several days.

HOLY SMOKES is all I have to say about my new pen. I got it in the mail yesterday and it is in my pocket today. Man that is a great looking pen. The pictures looked good but after getting it in my hand the pictures are horrible (no offence Jamie). The Mangrove has so much more color in it than what the picture shows and the Celtic knot is spot on. That is something I have wanted to try for a long time but have never take the time to do it and to be honest I am a little intimidated by the thought of it but you nailed this on my friend.

I just need to make one slight alteration to it and that is to put a blue refill in it.

Excellent job Jamie. Thank you

:thanx2:I got a box in the mail yesterday and I have to agree with Scott! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!:wacko::wacko::wacko:
After much deliberation I have decided which pin I am keeping. BOTH OF THEM!!!!! :yipee::yipee::yipee::yipee:
One (Guardian Jr. click) at my desk at home and the bolt action will be my carry along pin. The Guardian Jr. click is just to darn pretty to get all beat up by daily carry. :good2::ok::good2::ok::good2:
Thanks Jamie for two very beautiful pens! :thanx2::thanx2::thanx2::thanx2:

Got the pen in the mail yesterday (well, just got back in town finally... it may have been in the mail for a while)... looks great, Jamie!

Looks like everyone got em today!

I checked the tracking at work today and it said delivered yesterday, maybe I need to check my mail more often! Haha

Pen looks great and thanks for the trade!

I am glad all of you are pleased. I am in high gear now to make hollow forms and bowls..... i had a call out of the blue yesterday from a local gallery asking if I would be their featured artist this month. I have never been a featured artist.... actually I have never even been a vendor a a craft show before...... wish me luck. Thanks again for the trades guys.
