You to can own this rough USPS flat rate box that was our own AZ Jerry's. I'd like $50 for the box.

For an additional $15, I'll fill it with wood. Wood includes a block of purpleheart 7.5" x 12" x 1&7/8ths". Purple heart has a small check and 5 screw holes in it. Blond Imbuia (#18) block 5"x 11&7/8ths x 2". Masonia 4.25 x 12 x 15/16ths. Primavera 5 x 12 x 7/8ths. (#9)Brown Imbuia 4&15/16ths x 11&15/16ths x 1", second piece (#8) has many defects, same size as #9. Dark Imbuia (#4) 3.25"x 10&15/16ths x 7/8ths has holes on one edge leaving 2.5" width of clean wood. Dark Imbuia (under #9) 3 x 11 x 15/16ths has holes each end, 9.25 length of clean wood. Eucalyptus 2&7/8ths x 11.75 x 7/8ths. Jatoba 3.75 x 9&15/16ths x 7/8ths.

Whew, thanks Henry. I was wobbling on the fence and about to fall off when you stepped up. I really have way more wood right now than I have projects or ideas to use but there are some nice pieces in there.

I just got done packing, took 3 tries to remember how it all fit. Also noticed it was only $19 and change to ship in 2019 when I got the box from Jerry.

Side note Doug, you was gonna look into lodgepole pine versus other pines in the area. Any headway?

I haven't, sorry. I'll try to find someone who really does know what they're talking about and show them the needles off my tree and see if they can ID it.

You have to be good at Tetris. I used to be able to put 13,000 pounds of household goods on a 10,000 pound U-haul.
 
Wow nice box. I actually love jatoba. Easy to get and looks nice. Sorta hard to work with though.

I stopped at a local nursery today and the nice lady listened to my story and looked at a branch I brought with me and she said she's 99% sure it's lodgepole. So I'm going with lodgepole from now on.
 
Box arrived today, and it fully met expectations! The wood was pretty nice, too. Thanks Mark!

It would be cool to see how many more times we can ship using Jerry's box. Most of the "Paul's wood" I have been shipping were his used boxes. The one I'm packing now was $12.99 to ship. Betting that was a few years ago.
 
Ha ha. my mind flashed on a picture of this gnarly, chewed up, dented, torn, stained USPS with faded red and blue stripes box covered in several layers of scotch tape...and a nice lady at the Post Office looking at it and saying "Really, not again."
