I've got a few boards and a block that I'd like to see get into the hands of someone who can use them. I'm interested in turning stock for trade. Mike 1950 has first pass at this stuff in exchange for a platter blank from that curly walnut board he's got listed here. I wiped these pieces down with DNA for the photos.

Curly maple 10.25 x 16.5 x 1 3/16(It's a little dirty)… There's a single crack at one end that extends 3.5" on one face and about 5" on the other.

Shedua 5 x 24 x 15/16"

Lightly quilted maple 7 3/4 x 7 3/8 x 2"

Angelim Pedra(not completely sure about this)… Some wild figure with a few small natural voids. Very hard and heavy. 13 1/4 x 6 3/8 x 15/16"

Cocobolo 3 x 21 x 7/8"

No worries, Mike… Perhaps I have something green with a dead president on it that you might find more appealing.:good2:

I'm interested in the lightly quilted maple blank. If you want more fbe set that one aside for me and we can do another med or lrg frb swap if you are injterested. I can also show other stuff in addition to fbe - I have some mesquite, and a few hundred other species most of which are not for trade but some are! . . .

:pleasantry:

The maple is yours, Kevin. I'll write your name on it. I've got some other turning stuff I need to measure, photograph, and list, so maybe you'll see something else we can chunk in the box.

I love mesquite, but I thought all the stuff in North Texas was small and full of shake:dash2:. I'm not sure what else you've got, but we can definitely work out something.
