ENDED Rosewood smalls

The Wood Sages call it East Indian Rosewood or Sissoo, have a sensitivity for rosewood so don’t want to mess with it more than this. Cut the table top along the glue up lines for shipping. The black is stain that sands off easily, the brown is heartwood. Finish cutting it up for pens, call blanks or… $45 cash or check only delivered.

That's really weird that they partially stained it. Is that just sapwood that was stained?
