**ENDED** Snakewood for trade!!!!

Snakewood! Each of the pcs below is 1.5"x1.5"x6".

In the spirit of full disclosure... photos of each blank show the side with the most figure. Of course, the flip side has figure as well.... just not as prominent as the photographed side.

Also - the bottom blank has a surface check that can be seen in the photo. It's about 1/16" to 1/8" deep and only runs about 1/3 of the length of the blank. Easily turned away (if you plan on turning it)

Still interested but I want to see the defects and end grain clearly (I can't see the checks). If I still want them I will counter offer with FBE that does not have any defects. What's the MC?

I can see that check now. Last night I was on the laptop this a.m on the desktop and the monitor has great res compared to the LT. Still I want to see clear end grain and although James didn't express a clear interest I'm going to defer to him, if ya'll don't work something out I will be interested.

:stop: I don't believe you any more. I think you probably have 5 or 6 cameras. What I think, is that you have the worst case of Woodaholism anyone has ever seen, and that you can't even entertain the idea of trading away even one sliver of the most boring piece of oak you have.

Now go look at your wood some more and send me all of your cameras. I will send you another fix of red wood in exchange you despicable, unreconstructed, incorrigible, hopeless woodaholic.




(And oh by the way, when you send your cameras make sure they got some good wood photos on the memory cards I like pics . . . :nyam2: )

I'll offer the rest of the burl mentioned for the spalted maple thread but I too would like to see an endgrain shot cuz my curiousity has now been arroused. I'll trade it anyhow just to break the ice for you.
