*ENDED* - Straight grain Ohio Buckeye

Hello Gents and Ruffians! Anyone have a source on some Ohio Buckeye. I need a couple of small pieces, pen blank up to Pepper Mill blank would be just fine. I'm not looking for burl, just clean straight grain with some nice darker heartwood.

Please tag in any mid-westerners who might have a buckeye tree in their yard.

Happen to have any pics of what you're looking for? Pretty sure I have some buckeye, normal stuff, it's like white and dark grey streaked stuff I think, not sure if that's what you're looking for.

Hey Joe! Thanks for reaching out. Common straight grain is ideal, I'm not looking for burl. Here's a photo of a bowl blank of Ohio Buckeye. I need something kinda like this, except around 3 x 3 x 12. Does your stock have any dark brown?

That pictures looks familiar. I took that pic. I have a bit of Buckeye in 3 x 3 x 12 and 6 x 6 x 3" if interested.
