Even before he became a member @Darrell Albert and I had discussed a chittum burl for other burl knife scales trade. Darrel do any of these appeal to you?

1) Blue Mahoe
2) Honduran Rosewood Burl
3) Black Nargusta
4) Hickory Burl
5) Ringed Gidgee
6) Golden Amboyna

If these don't crumble your cookie I may have to pass since virtually all my wood is packed up for now.

Edit: Darrell just to clarify I am offering all of them in excahnge for whaytever you think is a fair trade in chittum, and I can dig out some more wood if you can wait a day or 3.

I'm umdergoing a major shop redo. I had stacks and stacks and stacks of wood and lumber everywhere to the point I could hardly use my shop. I wont be done until fall.

That's right -- you were headed for Brazil, if I recall... Perhaps you can send a picture or two of your progress on your shop redo when you really get underway. Chuck

I will post pics of my shop when done.
 
I would be happy to swing your way and haul some wood off for you just to help you out.I would pay my own hauling cost. Thats how I am if it would help ya!

Kevin, Like to give the ringed gidgee a try. Not familiar with it .Can wait till you get settled. Would really like to get some choice curly koa.
