**ENDED**TRADE WOOD FOR FINNISHED ITEMS

Hey Dave Here are 2 mills that I would be willing to trade you for some mill blanks per our discussion. They are of the same specie of wood, and similar shapes, we could change one to a salt mill. Unfortunately the specie, while the same, is unknown. I got this wood about 8 years ago and didn't write down what it was, if I even knew at the time. :lolol:

WOW :yipee::yipee::yipee:absolutly stunning work dennis very pleased with those iv been resawing ambrosia and syc all day getting boxes packed for all of you guys this is a great site with great people ill load yours up to night thanks dennis great work :good2::good2::good2::good::good:

Thanks!!

Kevins FBE has so much color in it, it would be hard to make a pen from it and it not look good!!

I am really proud of these ones though. Every time I make a pen, I find something I dont like about it, but these I really like. Since switching to turning between centers rather than with bushings, my work has really improved. Ive also never put spalted maple with titanium componants but you selected a great combo, I think they look great together.

The front FBE pen has borer holes in it that look really cool. They are just on the back side of the pen so you cant see them in the pic. I filled them with a dark epoxy rather than trying to match the wood so you can still tell they are borer holes. I think it really adds character to the pen.

No rush on the wood, I know you got lots of people to take care of so whenever you get around to it.

I still need your shipping address though.

Sure thing, So that makes 4 LFRB. Can you split them between Sycamore and Ambrosia Maple. I will be turning 10"mills, so anything over 10 1/2" is fine. If it works for you I would rather have 3 1/4 or 1/2 square, than 3". For the thinner ones, (the ones pictured) like I will turn for you, 3" will be fine. PM me an address and I will get the 2 peppermills on their way tomorrow. If you send all of mine at once, including the ones I am turning for you, I can put them all in the kiln at the same time. I run all of my mill wood through the kiln, just to be safe.
I hope you have a wall chart somewhere to keep track of all this. Just with our small deal, I'm lost. :scare3::dunno::scare3:
