**ENDED** Wood for Chuck part....

Well Jents, after getting set back up I spent the entire afternoon searching for the "key" for my scroll chuck. I have a Baraccuda 2 from PSI I was wondering if someone had an extra laying around that would trade me some wood for it. I can't seem to find anywhere that I can buy just that part..... can't do much with out it... i'll make it worth it.
 
Have you tried calling em to see if they have one for sale?
They are very quick to answer when I have questions....

Nope, just the one (I had others but no idea where they are. Finally put the one on a chain). my other chucks take a bigger one. call PSI, they do sell separate. don't remember the cost though.
 
I just called them Nick. He said they do sell them separately, about $6.00. You have to order by phone. Tony

We do sell chuck keys for our Barracuda 2. I do have a question about the chuck you have though. How old is the Barracuda 2 chuck you have? You will need to measure the hole for the gear key. It should measure 3/4". If it does measure 3/4" then the part # you will need to place the order is: ZCSC3000CT and the cost is $6.00 each. You will need to call in to customer service at 1-800-377-7297 Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST to place the order. If you need anything further feel free to give me a call or an e mail.

I know, I wouldn't call my space a shop....more like a bench.....in the corner.... stuck in the corner again. Thought I was done with that after elementary school. :sofa:
 
As long as you have children at home you should consider yourself very fortunate indeed to even have a corner.
 
My kid is 21 and doesn't live here anymore but still has a room. My wife won't let me convert his bedroom into a wood storage room!!!!!!
