I don't think this really fits here, but I'm not it fits anywhere else any better.

This is in the local Denver Craigslist:

http://denver.craigslist.org/zip/3067421611.html

African mahogany rips, various widths (1" to 2" and misc sizes), approx. 14' lengths.
Great for projects... picture frames, flower boxes, cutting boards, etc. or for burning.
Easy access to load.
Moving soon and can't use it by then...don't want to haul it a second time.

I might be able to store some for a while. I expect that I could do pen blanks or segmented turning based on the sizes I see.

Just curious what your thoughts are.

Ken;
If you miss it no worries - I have about 500bdft of African Mahogany if you should need some. I love if for turning bowls and hollow forms. but not so much for pens. The open grain is too prominent on such a small piece. Here is some of it used as a collar on a maple bowl.

I would be all over it personally, but I do a lot of segmented turning and those strips would work fine for me.

Another case of me overthinking the situation. It's no longer available.

I need to start making (and selling) things from the wood I have so I have some disposable wood income :)
