These persimmon pot blanks if @CandCWoodTurning passes on them? All are minimum 3 7/8" square by 1 1/8" thick. Most are 4x4. 1$ a piece. A couple are cracked and will need a CA and sawdust fix. No charge for them. You pay shipping.

Shipped yesterday. @CandCWoodTurning . I've been trying a few different finishes. I don't like a high gloss finish myself. I've put TruOil, Formby's, and spar on them. Right now I'm using the spray on spar and spraying it while it is still on the lathe. I let it set a few minutes and smooth everything out with a rag with the lathe on. I do this 3-4 times.

I may be screwing up but I apply my finish while still on the lathe with all that I've tried. I'm just wanting something to help protect and not really make it shine.
