I've been clearing up my stash of wood that was too good to burn and came across a very nice piece of curly koa. I had enough to get these two pieces from it. They measure 12.2 inches long by 3.1 inches and just over o.42 inch thick. Each piece will make two sets of knife scales.

These pieces were sanded to 320 grit and rubbed with a beeswax finish so you can see how they will look with a final finish. Photos were taken in bright sunlight. Thank heavens we had some sun today after all the bad weather of the last few weeks.

The price is $25 for the two pieces which is only $6.25 per set of scales. Shipping will be by first class mail and will cost $4.80.

Barry, you know these would look incredible on one of your blades. It's a heck of a great price on wood you don't see all that often. Just pay the man and stop torturing yourself!

Since you're a repeat customer, Barry, I'll knock the price down to $20 plus the $4.80 shipping. A friends and family discount. And I'll throw in a few pen blanks from the same piece of wood.
