This is a super pack of pen blanks/billets that I've priced as reasonable as I can. Included are:

8 Curly Koa (all cut from the same board)
5 Bubinga
2 Gabon Ebony (the pure black premium wood that sells for $150 per BF)
2 Curly White Ash
3 Kingwood

Each is 5 ⅛ to 5 ¼ long and at least ¾ square.

All of these pieces are sound, clear and cut from the same "mother" boards. There is one small surface check on one of the Gabon Ebony pieces that should easily turn out. If it doesn't, I'll replace free of charge.

Price is $40 for the 20 blanks and they ship in a SFRB for $7.

I will have three more boxes similar to this later today or this evening. Will list them here.

Here is another set of 20 pen blanks/billets. In this set are:

4 of the craziest bubinga I've seen
3 Kingwood
2 Zebrawood
2 Curly White Ash (my last two pieces)

All are sound and have no defects that I can see.
Price for this set is $32 plus $7 for shipping in a SFRB.

Thanks Joe. You got 'em. I can't wait to see a pen made with this crazy bubinga. Please post a photo of it when you make it.

Work is good. I'll put together a box like the last one for you and save it. I will be listing at least three more boxes of these super premium blanks over the next 24 hours if our electricity stays on. We are having a major snow storm here tonight and tomorrow with 12-14 inches of dense, very wet snow predicted. That normally takes our electricity down. Thank heavens I've got a huge pile of firewood ready to go.

The only blanks I'm out of is the curly white ash. Plenty of the others.

Speaking of snow. Just got this email from the Nat Weather Service: "NWS has increased the snow totals to the 12-18” range for Chester County. Transition to all snow will occur this evening. Sleet and freezing rain have made some untreated surfaces slippery. Wet and heavy snow will be difficult for some to shovel and pose a health risk to the elderly.Power outages due to heavy wet snow accumulation on tree limbs and wires."

I need some global warming... NOW!
 
I was at Gatorade doing a talk. It was raining hard on my way home. Hadn't been here for 30 minutes and the wife went outside and said it was white. Walked out and sure enough, already covered with about an inch.

Here is a pack for you to consider and you have first shot at it. It contains:

10 pieces of curly koa
4 pieces of Kingwood
3 pieces of crazy grained Bubinga
1 piece of curly maple
2 pieces of what I was told is Zebrawood. But this doesn't look like it to me. There is a subtle curly figure and iridescence to it that I've not
seen in Zebrawood. So this one is officially a mystery to me. But it's beautiful and will make a wonderful pen.

Price is $32 plus $7 for a SFRB. You want it?
