I'm new to your site and have been reading as many of the different forums as I can. I have come to the conclusion many of you guys or gals use a lot of the smaller pieces of wood that I just burn. I saw almost every day and have a fire going the whole time. If I knew what you were looking for I would mail it to you ( just pay the shipping ) it would be green lumber. I don't saw any exotic stuff. Mostly cherry, oak, ash, and walnut. I sawed walnut yesterday and spalted maple today I get quite a pile of pieces. Feel free to contact me if you would be interested in any of this wood.

You guys have to tell me the sizes I have been cutting a lot of 5/4 and a lot of table slabs up to 5 and 6 inches thick. I can cut 42 foot logs so there are all kinds of waste or waste to me.

Perfect thanks WW. I'm in northwest Michigan ( April - December) if anybody is in that area stop by and pick thru the pile

Brent, whereabouts exactly in NW MI are you? Being originally from MI (the Bay City area), I get to MI every once in a while. Was supposed to make it to MI sometime this summer, but those plans unfortunately changed.

Brent, that's a mighty kind offer! If you're willing, I'd be happy to take any maple, walnut and ash that's 2" thick and at least 2" wide. Any length and width over 2" would work. Tony

Same here! Awesome offer. I'd take a lfrb of ash, cherry & walnut. Atleast 2"x2"(or larger) x however long.

I'd like to come visit you just to see your operation, I love to be around any kind of wood cutting operation. Heck you could even put me to work!

Not tough at all Brent, on the input box you type your post in, there are three buttons bottom right, select the middle button, "Upload a File".

Find and select the file{s} on your computer/phone, click "Open". That'll upload them all to thumbnails below your post, so you can sort them out and put them in your post in whatever order you want them in.

Then you click the little "Full Image" button underneath the thumbnails to add them to your post.

And, finally... click "Post Reply".

Are you taking pics with your phone or a camera? Phone pics I post right from my phone, camera pics get downloaded into my computer and then posted.
Also there are 2 site help videos that are in the site help forum that may shed some light. Kevin, our founder, posted these vids.

Ok sorry guys I'm a day late with photos I'm going to try and send some photos of some soft maple I cut and see if I have any clue as to what you are looking for. This piece goes from 2x2 to 2x4 and it's about 6 feet long
