Hi Trev, Its really interesting what you've posted about the eucalyptus microtheca and what you see in your area. You mentioned you have a couple 2.5" to 3.0" slabs 10' x 14". Are they mottled like your first pic? That is absolutely beautiful! Any chance you'd be willing to cut and sell me a 2 ft piece (24"). I'd be able to turns a few nice bowls and a spindle or two from it.

Also on my wish list from you is a couple plum graft pieces, if you have any of those left from what you posted a while ago. I'd like to turn a few bowls from the graft.

Finally a few acacia bowl blanks 8-10" as mentioned here: https://woodbarter.com/threads/willow-acacia-bowl-blanks.54895/ Maybe one of each kind of acacia?

If any of this is possible to box and up ship to me, please me know. Thank you in advance if possible.
 
the pattern is only visible in the quarter sawn aspect. yes i can provide flat stock for turning, spindles will not show much of the pattern because only two thin areas on each side are in the quartersawn aspect, think medullary rays in oak. large flat platters will definitely show the pattern best.

Trev ( @vegas urban lumber ), if you slice any of that bee wing euc into thinner boards keep me on your list. Looks like they'd make nice boxes. Or actually, if it's in the 3 - 5 inch wide range I can slice it myself. Thanks.
