As the heading states, I'm seeking some EXTREMELY curly mesquite and/or desert ironwood. Something I can cut into knife blocks and 1911 grips, but I will certainly consider anything larger, even small boards.

Thanks.

I have mesquite both stabilized or not
burl or just figured
what sizes and how much do you want
I have quite a bit and can get as much as needed depending on size

Hey Mike, How've you been man? Tony

Hey, Tony doing well, have been to busy to even get out and mess mess around in the shop, besides that it's been to dang cold around here. Have you checked out Gruene yet?

Glad to hear all is good, hopefully it will warm up soon and you'll get some Shop time!

I have not yet, I had an appendix issue and was out of commission for the month of December, still trying to dig out of that hole for now! Tony

Hey Mike, Im interested in burl and very highly figured, especially curly stuff. I prefer heavy curl over eyes. Im seeking 5 - 10 non-stabilized blocks or even some smaller boards. The block dimensions I use are 5.25 x 1.75 x 1.25. Post a few pics if you dont mind.

Heres the piece per our conversation. Weighs 8.8 lbs and is 8x8 on the longest points and 5 inches thick. Best pic s I could get with the wax on it.
