I'm glad to see them back together in the original lineup. It's been 16 years. And frankly I don't know how it happened with all the inhumping and infighting that went on in that band. I would've lost money betting they would never all get back together on the same stage for an actual tour.

But man some things are just best left undone. It comes with age, but the girls can't sing anymore for sqaut. I don't mind the less energtic voice, the coarser voices etc. they can't help it. But dayum Chris and Stevie both were missing entire notes. They must need some money pretty bad or else they just can't live without the limelight or both. I hate seeing a gorup that was so phenomenal get back on stage with this . . .

The diehard FM fans won't care, but to me it's sad.

Yes I should have said original "pop hits" lineup. I guess Mick is the only original member left?

I do love Buckingham's guitar work. I had to become a little older to appreciate everything going on in the pop version. Love The Chain.

I can definitely see why many hate what Christine did in the band and that it went away from the blues; but Stevie was magic and Lindsey will always be the most under-appreciated artist/player.

I noticed the same thing when I saw the eagles in concert for the hell freezes over tour. Joe Walsh was pretty shot. I'd be interested in seeing FM in concert but not sure how much I'd want to pay for it....

Yup, they are all getting old. I saw ZZ Top at the state fair in 2013, their act was tight and polished, but Billy Gibbons did all the singing. In their early years, Dusty Rhodes did more of their singing. He sang one song, Jailhouse Rock, for an encore and his voice was wrecked, it was sad...

My thoughts are....anyone who has to sing before lunch, not going to sound good. The vocal chords haven't had time to warm up. Not to mention if they are playing on Good Morning America they always sound like crap. I have never heard any singer sound good there. The acoustics of where they are, are just horrible, and again, it's before lunch/noon.
I remember listening to Mark & Brian in LA in the mornings when they had guest singers on...every one of them sucked....

Millions will only last so many years before it runs out and the residuals start slowing down.....it's always about the money....
