Hijack, what are you doing with the trailer @ripjack13 Marc? Shoelanders were always good!!!
I have an old 60s or early 70s starcraft 14ft seafarer. Its a glorified rowboat. Been in my family since it was new. It's been sitting in my brothers yard since he inherited it in 90 something. So he let me have it and I'm going to turn it into a bass boat.Hijack, what are you doing with the trailer @ripjack13 Marc? Shoelanders were always good!!!
I vote for a 5150 EVH with black/white/red striping to match the truck!I have an old 60s or early 70s starcraft 14ft seafarer. Its a glorified rowboat. Been in my family since it was new. I'm leaning toward thats combo but my grandson wants green...I vote for a 5150 EVH with black/white/red striping to match the truck!
Dave @sprucegum = cool. Henry @SENC that is somehow still debatableI will most certainly take lots of pics and keep a topic going here. Then I can be in the cool kids club like Henry and Dave....
. When he launches it and it stays afloat, then he could enter the “cool kids club”. I am going to have to send him some recycled wine cork before his launch and some flex seal…..How about you give him the green interior and make it challenging like painting the positive and negative to match the outside.I'm leaning toward thats combo but my grandson wants green...
@sprucegum - I'll pm you to set up our next cool kids club meeting. I think we're going to need to clarify the qualification requirements and rules. We don't want cool kid imposters getting in and screwing things up for us really cool kids. And we have reputations to protect. Then I can be in the cool kids club like Henry and Dave....
An exclusive boat club………hmmm, @Mike Hill, I’ll pm you our “next cool club meeting”. It is not an exclusive club and you are officially in if you can operate a fancy smancy smooth ice shaver with your choice of flavor- yes, a 42mm will do and that will take care of the small size. We can grow the club once someone takes the 70mm off the list to make adult size portions. The flavor of mine would be spiked with some@sprucegum - I'll pm you to set up our next cool kids club meeting. I think we're going to need to clarify the qualification requirements and rules. Unfortunately, I'm out. I don't work in metric, only imperial. In fact, that's one of the rules of the REAL cool kids club.An exclusive boat club………hmmm, @Mike Hill, I’ll pm you our “next cool club meeting”. I’ll fix that for you:Unfortunately, I'm out. I don't work in metric, only imperial. In fact, that's one of the rules of the REAL cool kids club.

Personally, rather than a sawzall, I'm envisioning a YouTube video production involving a boat flying off the trailer. Lots of plot lines here; driving up a hill while the boat goes skidding and bouncing down the hill, driving downhill and the boat comes off the trailer and races your truck the rest of the way down. My favorite though would be it bouncing off the trailer while crossing a bridge, it slides around, catches the railing and flips over the side, splashes down and sinks. Advantage of this scenario is no disposal fees and instant fish habitat!I only wanted the trailer but it was a package deal.
A tree fell on it a few years ago.
The trailer is in mint condition! Everything works and the tires are almost brand new!
Time to start cutting it up with a sawzall....

i can only imagine the insurance liability, let alone the EPA fines, littering charges, felony endangerment. Laws have taken all the fun out of calamityPersonally, rather than a sawzall, I'm envisioning a YouTube video production involving a boat flying off the trailer.
