Mike, I don't have tremors, but both parents have dealt with them. From my observations, the one thing that helped both of them was anchoring their wrists, base of hand(s) and forearms against their body, or other stable structure when performing tasks. The other thing that might help is a wrist/hand brace that could help stabilize some of your movement.
I'd also encourage you to seek out a occupational therapist/specialist. Nearly every health care group has them available. Many of them specialize in strategies to help people stay active as they age so you can keep up with hobbies as well as everyday tasks. They may have strategies and or "appliances" that could be adapted to your particular circumstance and keep you turning.
