Dude...... thats pretty sweet. It looks spot on. If only the shirt underneath it was red and black striped. How long did it take you to make that? And are they sharp?

Ha...the red has faded out quite a bit. might have to re dye it.

It took a couple hours. Welding the metal on top took the longest. it is real thin and all I had was a mig welder. I think I went through about 20 pieces before I got one to stay without melting off. :dash2:
I did have them really sharp to, but I found I cut myself by accident way to much. So I dulled em up a bit but kept the points on.

I even had one of my ex GF's do my make up one time for a contest. (1st prize) She was a make up artist in Hollywood. I have no pix of that though. :dash2:
I think she has em though....but I really don't need to talk to her anymore. :wacko1:

This is a good idea! I'd love to see what 'else' others are working on or with. Woodworkers are a creative bunch, with lots of interests. Maybe call it 'Sidelines' ??

The damascus steel billet that Cody is making would be a good addition to this kind of sub forum if it wasnt a build thread. That piece is a work of art and alot of work at that.

I just added the forum in the Specialty Woodworking section and renamed the section:

Specialty Woodworking and Non-Woodworking Projects

The forum itself is called:

Non-Woodworking Related Projects

Anyone who has, or knows of, a thread that belongs here please link it so a mod can move it. PLEASE paste the link. I get PMs several times weekly from members referring me to a thread for some reason and y'all never include the link. It's not as easy to find as you think. This is not me whining it's just me bemoaning.

Okay guys you have your non-woodworking project forum let's fill it up . . .
