It does look like the myrtle we had on here a while back. If you find any short curly boards, someone here would love to take them off your hands... Curly anything is lovely to look at. @GS-76 had some Oregon myrtle from time to time but hasn't been on in a couple years.

Welcome from Nashville. We might not be the best TN has, but we aren't the worst. Glad to have you with us and hope to see more of your wood. Always wanted a mill, but being smack dab in the city limits, it ain't gonna happen. Already been reported for too much smoke (from smoking brisket), burning in a fire pit, noise (hammering on an anvil), debris (too much wood and stone hanging around), don't think the neighbors would approve. And I'm not in a community or have an HOA.

Out here in the outer reaches, the neighbors are more reasonable. The property I live on is in reality a reclaimed junkyard. They cleaned it out in the late 80s I reckon. I bout filled it back up with wood related junk. They ain't said a word in 7 years. Now, my wife, on the other hand...
