Anyone have one of these. My son that does forestry mulching and processes firewood gifted one of these to me recently. I have found it to be as indispensable as a pocketknife around the sawmill. It sure saves the old back. Fiskars Hookeroon 28”

Buddy that has the mill has one (not Fiskars). We used a couple of times but now it sits in the corner.

Does it clip small branches, or what is its function?
The point is sharp, so you can jab small pieces and pull them away from the blade without getting close. You can hook slabs saving finger tips and glove wear when removing from the cant. Lots of people use them for firewood splitting, hooking the wood on the ground to limit having to bend as far. Sure there are videos of them in action.
