I have about given up on peaches, but I might drop a couple in my dad's orchard. My place is 2/3 acre so not a lot of room for live trees. As folks who have been here can verify. Patio peaches are tempting however.

We are still a little behind in moisture for the year, but only by a few inches. Tomorrow night is supposed to be a repeat of today. A few funnel clouds spotted, but nothing I heard of that touched down.

Our mountains got almost a foot of wet heavy snow last night. It's a nice bonus but we sure need more before summer stops sending the cold stuff our way.

We had a little moisture yesterday. Higher elevations got snow. Not a lot, fingers crossed for a pattern change.

Not sure if the front that passed thru here was dipping as far south as you. I think the center was around the WY/MT border.

It's been my experience since 1973 when I moved to Tucson we've always had extreme temperature drops, and even snow during the last week of March or the first week of April. this year, I'm disappointed because it has been near the 80's+ and the lows are in the 60's. But, I live in the desert and that kind of weather is to be expected. I believe after the middle of next week, summer will arrive. .................. Nubs

@trc65 Thought about You as i watched the ABC-7 news yesterday. We got rain, but the worst of the storms passed 40 miles or so west of us. Stayed awake too late to watch the lightning on the horizon!!

Really needed the rain we got last night. It's been a long time since having more than just a trickle. But would rather not have had the high winds and hail - with a brand new roof and all.

We have a small storm moving in. Wish there were something to stall it out when it gets here. We so need water in any form we can get it.

We finally had a full week of rain down here at South Florida which we needed badly. Sunday and Monday about 90% rain which we could also still use

This is a nice view. Wife will head to a friends place for the night so she can get to the hospital easier Saturday morning for work. She still teaches for the moment until retirement.
