Another nice 5-7 inches of wet snow! Plus we received 2 10 inch storms at rye beginning of May while I was out of town. Better late than never.

Looking for a lot more. Snowpack across the state was 35% of normal and the usual spring storms never got started. Curious if this super El Niño will save us this summer.

We are unseasonably hot and dry



Hitting 90 in May is not unheard of, but to only have 18% humidity is crazy dry. Usually I'm waiting for the garden to dry this time of year, now I'm watering portions of it while tilling other parts. No chance of precip in the 10 day forecast.

We have had a week of rainy weather. Of course, we did. I took the week off...

we got a sprinkle today. It was a waste of hydrologic effort. Man we need water bad.

We had almost 3 straight days of overcast and drizzle, but in our area I don’t think we got more than .1 if that much. Better than high fire danger, red flag warnings.

We just got over a half inch in about 2 hours, hope it keeps up through tomorrow.
