Hi Mike,
I plan on participating also. So please don’t use all that figured Australian wood against me please 🤣
Excellent - added to the roster. Who else? C'mon folks, get your name on the list so the on line betting odds can be updated.

Oh, so sneakily making an entry and waiting to see how it turns out before committing, huh? Smart. Questionably legal, but smart. And completely removes any opportunity for procrastination. You're on the list, we're up to 8.

Not too bad, except moving is a royal pain!
You aren’t kidding. It’s also a good time for a catharsis of “stuff”. I know I’ve made a bunch of people happy with all the things donated to Goodwill. We are downsizing 1,000 sqft for the home but I gained a shop in the process.

All my big tools are on castors and I am looking so forward to not pulling them out on a project In my garage shop. And I have installed an Oneida V3000 dust collector in a sound closet and a bad A$$ air scrubber.

No longer will I need to wheel my Sweet16 lathe out to use it. I have to pick up a hoist to put it on a trailer and use my tractor to lift it off.

I‘m also upgrading my table saw and bandsaw to a pair of Harvey’s (probably).

I call it my dream shop. I’ve done things on the cheap, scrimped and cut corners for 50 years but now retired and can do it how I really want it, I am. Note I did build the air scrubber and the pic doesn’t show the 4” pleated filters. It has 2 tons of AC and the air scrubber is needed for my health and to keep the HVAC essentially dust free.

@Webb - good luck with the move. Our last house is exactly 2 miles from where we live now, but it was the same effort as if we'd moved 200 :wonky:

The new shop is going to be great!

Not surprising, Phil's in first with his entry (well, technically Jason was in already but sort of got a head start). I'll make a separate thread with all the entry photos so people won't have to sort through all the other chatter. I'll have to figure out how to make the voting thing.
