Here is my entry, turning, carving, flatwork. My attempt at Sisyphus, The ball is baltic birch ply, the guy is walnut, ( from @rob3232 I think) and the base is African Mahogany. about 9"tall x 12" long.

Awesome piece! Carving is wonderful, and the Baltic birch (and orientation) is a very nice detail.

VERY cool Barry. Great job on all the components and I like the wood selection and variety that really shows off the pieces nicely. The carving is really awesome.
