can you do a piece of the 1 7/8 Elm burl big enough to do in 8 to 10 inch platter?

Any idea what species of elm?
Mill guy was told by tree owner it was American. A little different than American I had but it was beyond huge. It was largest in Oregon for decades. The 9-10' butt log was over 10,000 lbs. It was early in my wood buying and the size stopped me.

Thanks Mike. I never saw an American elm burl with eyes, only onion burls. Courtland was going to get me some Siberian elm burl, but have not heard from him in many months. Do you have any?
