It will be interesting to see how this tool plays out. Maybe the patent has finally run out on the festool domino and other manufacturers can now make their own versions cheaper. I always liked the idea of the festool domino but not the ridiculous cost.

Looks like this one is going to be around the $500 mark. If the patent has run out others will follow soon. This is a pretty cool time for woodworkers.

Can't wait for that to happen with sawstop. My wife and I have been copied so many times, I truly appreciate protection, but don't like how the saw stop guy handled it all.

Oh I am hoping that Bosch will be making an affordable version. Same with the sawstop system when their patent runs out. I might finally get a table saw again.
