Lots of wood for trade - long version

Hi @Big Ry I think the buckthorns are common here, but the populous alba doesn’t really grow here as far as I know. But as far as I know, these aren’t commercial species so you don’t really see them being sold.

Oh ok. Was wondering if i doing try to get in on this to save international shipping lol

They shouldn’t be. Common buckthorn is invasive in the US and glossy buckthorn should grow there too. Silver poplar is a bit different. Mappa burl can be either silver poplar or black poplar (p. Alba or p. Nigra respectively) so if you’re lucky you can get it like that.

All of these are very common in my area. They do not grow to particularly large sizes (except for the poplar which can be humongous up to 1.5m dbh) and both buckthorns grow some comparatively very large specimens here. Especially the glossy buckthorn which usually grows to 5-6 cm (2-3 inches) wide. Here I sourced some that was almost 5inches dbh.

I might be able to fit some extra into either package if you want.
