I have been looking around the forum and there is so much beautiful wood to look at and some great craftsmanship here. Thanks for letting me join y'all.

Welcome from Kaua'i. I'll be the first to say it, "What kind of pictures do you have of your wood."? There I beat you to it Kevin

Welcome to the forum. Tell us something about yourself.

Welcome Jim, Nice folks here. We love wood and pictures. Nothing really exists if we can't see it!!!!:yipee::yipee:

Wow, I really appreciate the welcome, I already know several of you fellows, it is good to see you again. If I can figure out how to post pictures I will see if I can find a couple. I am just an ole retired nail whooper, built many houses, a lot of restoration of antique homes around LaGrange Tennessee. I really loved building and restoring stairs.

We now live in Chattanooga, don't do a lot today, just piddle around out in the shop. I have looked around on the forum some more and I tell you there is some of the most beautiful wood I have ever seen here and the craftsmenship makes me ashamed to post anything I have done. This is a great forum, I feel at home already. Thanks again.

Check this out for how to post pictures

Never feel ashamed to show your work here, you will only get nice comments. Besides if we didn't make mistakes, how would we learn? :good:

On top of this it is easy to hide mistakes when taking pictures :sarcastic::lol:
